Our policy lasts 24 hrs for exchange, If 24 hrs have gone by since you received purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange and we don't accept returns for a refund, we only Exchange unused unopened products.You will be charge 30% restocking fees plus shipping and the balance is applied if product is returned For Exchange.

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. And we will charge you 30% restocking fees and shipping fees.
